How to Apply for Low-income Housing

*Important note: We no longer administer any federal programs anymore. We now operate similar to a private entity. We have partnered with the Odessa Housing Authority through a project-based voucher program so that we can continue to house low-income families. However, we still assist people with completing their applications that are then sent to Odessa Housing Authority for aproval/denial to the program.

Currently, online applications have been disabled. You may download it below and return it to the office OR come to the Marfa Housing Authority office (during normal business hours) to pick up an application.

Note: All applicants will need the following:

• Valid Photo ID (each adult)

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Proof of Income (if any)

Only original documents will be accepted. No copies.
